About Us

The goal of our Athletic Therapists is prevention of musculo-skeletal injuries through the promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle, client education, conditioning programs, supportive taping and bracing, and rehabilitative techniques. When injuries do inevitably occur, whether from sport, recreational activities, motor vehicle accidents, in the workplace, or from activities of daily living, we can assess your injury. We will quickly get you on the road to recovery using rehabilitative techniques, therapeutic modalities, physical reconditioning and supportive bracing techniques. Our aim is to create the most conducive environment for optimal healing and prepare clients for safe reintegration back into their normal lifestyle.

Our Massage Therapists can help you by reducing muscle tension, offering relief from both acute and chronic pain, or simply providing you with a moment of relaxation from your busy life. Massage Therapy can also enhance your overall sense of emotional and physical well-being and is an effective treatment for the neuromuscular, circulatory and hormonal systems of the body. Although it is effective for clients currently suffering from illness, injury, or stress, our therapists can also help you avoid these problems with preventative treatments.
